Christian Feldbech Nissen
I have more than 35 years of experience in the IT domain, especially with IT service management, IT governance, IT operations and Information Security. I am recognised as an international thought leader, author and lecturer, but also as an experienced and down-to-earth practitioner striving to make things happen in real life.
I have a long proven track record from more than 150 of the largest private and public organisations in Denmark.
I have received the Gold Medal from the University of Copenhagen earned through a dissertation on cognitive science, the award for Outstanding Contribution from the Danish Computer Society (Dansk IT) as well as the Lifetime Achievement award from itSMF Denmark.
I have contributed to the development of both ITIL® and COBIT® best practices, and I am the lead author of the “ITIL® 4 Drive Stakeholder Value” publication as well as the author of the official study aid for the ITIL V3/2011 Foundation Exam, “Passing your ITIL® Foundation Exam” published in English, Chinese, Japanese, French, German and Dutch.
Last but not least, I hold more than 60 different certifications in IT Management, and I have achieved the ITIL Master level, demonstrating that I have contributed to measurable results within all IT service management disciplines.
